GREEN GRASS INC. a 45-year-old lawn mowing maintenance and landscaping company is looking for a Maintenance / Landscape Supervisor with experience in lawn maintenance, & landscape installations.
Prospective applicants must have experience in lawn mowing maintenance and landscaping installations and estimating for residential and commercial projects, basic sales knowledge is a plus, Knowledge of basic irrigation will be helpful. Must be a self-starter and motivated individual with a "CAN DO" -- WILL DO "attitude.
⢠Experience in lawn mowing maintenance/landscaping to supervise, train and motivate crews and general
management duties.
⢠Handle customer service and develop rapport with clients
⢠Quality control
⢠Assign work, track progress and ensure on time completion of scheduled routes and projects.
⢠Responsible for all paperwork related to crews and customers.
⢠General computer knowledge (M/S Excel, Word & Internet)
⢠Bilingual preferred but not required.
⢠Must have a valid Texas Driver's license and good driving record
⢠Must be able to pass a basic background check.
⢠Handle miscellaneous tasks.
⢠May require an occasional Saturday and long hours Avg 45-53 hours depending on seasonal requirements.
Salary to be negotiated, Profit sharing, bonuses and commissions. Includes vehicle.
