We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee our cleaning operations and manage our team of cleaning contractors.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all cleaning operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
Manage and schedule cleaning contractors to meet service demands.
Conduct inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met.
Train and onboard new cleaning contractors as needed.
Address and resolve any operational or client concerns.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to company policies.
Maintain clear and professional communication with both contractors and clients.
Maintain relations with our clients and ensure they fulfill invoices and purchase orders.
Must be able to drive to different neighborhoods across the city.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cleaning services management, facility maintenance, construction, or a related field.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to manage schedules, coordinate teams, and multitask efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, scheduling software, etc.).
Reliable transportation is required.
