Tree Service Business Manager
Location: South TX (Floresville, Karnes city, Falls city, Kenedy Poth LaVernia area )
Compensation: Based on experience – negotiable
We are a established tree service company seeking a Business Manager to help oversee operations, communicate with customers, and coordinate with our crew. This is a flexible position with opportunities for long-term growth in the arboriculture industry.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing professional and friendly communication
Coordinate job scheduling and crew operations to ensure efficiency and quality
Handle invoicing, proposals, and customer follow-ups using basic tech tools (email, scheduling apps, spreadsheets, etc.)
Assist in sales by preparing estimates and proposals with the owner’s guidance
Help build and maintain a positive work environment for the crew
Qualifications:
Strong people skills – able to communicate clearly with customers and crew
Tech savvy – comfortable with new software, Google Maps, scheduling, and mobile apps
Organized and dependable – can manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Tree service / landscaping experience a plus, but not required
ISA Certified Arborist credential is highly valued; if not certified, must be interested in pursuing certification (support provided)
Job Details:
Flexible hours; some field time and some office/remote work
Full-time or part-time opportunities available
Pay based on experience, with room to grow as responsibilities increase
