We are a service company dealing with commercial AC installations and repairs. We have 20 service technicians in our company and need an extremely experience customer service person or possible a dispatcher to help us take care of them and most importantly, to know where each employee is every minute of the day.
If you have experience as a dispatcher that is definitely a plus. Another major asset is if you have exceptional communication skills especially with people over the phone. Do people love you on the phone?
The biggest key to your success no matter what business you are in is your ability to talk to people and get them to respect you and to love talking to you.
Of course in this position you also need to have computer skills. Any experience in that area is also a big plus!
