Key Responsibilities:
Assist with "Sub In" projects and other office-related tasks
Support team operations as needed with potential to take on additional projects
Learn and follow established procedures through provided training
Qualifications:
No prior experience required; complete training will be provided
Office experience preferred but not required
Workers' Compensation experience is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work part-time hours and collaborate effectively with a team
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) including basic computer applications.
Bookkeeping experience would be a plus.
Experience in administrative roles with strong time management skills.
Positive attitude with strong leadership, delegation, and workflow management skills.
Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
