We are an outdoor power equipment sales and repair center in need of a front desk customer service rep. The position consists of answering the telephone, checking in units for repair, closing repair invoices when the customer comes in to pay & pick up their unit(s), looking up parts for customers (in person & on the phone), calling customers when their unit is ready, unloading & loading customer's units, and daily opening & closing procedures.
Customer service experience, bilingual (Spanish/English), and data entry skills are a plus! Training is provided. This position is full-time with a Tuesday - Saturday (morning) work week. (We are closed Sundays and Mondays.)
