About the Role
As a Fraud Customer Experience Associate II, you will be supporting our client’s customers as the first point of contact. You will answer questions concerning their accounts. You will help customers with their account issues while providing them with exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- 1-3 years Customer Service in the banking industry, clearing house payment investigations, chargebacks or lending
- Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education
- Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
- Be able provide proof of US Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residency (LPR)
- Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test along with fingerprinting.
- Demonstrate the ability to type a minimum of 20 WPM
