We're a San Antonio-based business development agency that helps companies across the United States sell and market their solutions to a broader audience.
We're currently accepting resumes from ambitious and motivated employees who can quickly excel in a computer and phone-driven office environment.
Our positions require working closely with the sales and marketing teams from companies across many industries: software, tech, legal, financial, manufacturing, etc.
We're accepting resumes from individuals with no prior sales, marketing, or tech-focused experience (although that's a plus!). We provide the process and product training needed to succeed in our entry-level roles.
We are looking to identify candidates who are comfortable on the telephone (making phone calls) and are interested in the opportunity to break into the lucrative business of technology-focused business development.
Starting Pay: $18-20/hr based on experience. Health, dental, and vision insurance is offered after 60 days. Additionally, employees who excel are eligible for performance-based raises and incentives.
We offer paid time off for all major holidays and accrual-based PTO for up to 12 days of vacation and sick leave per year.
Our positions are full-time and our work hours are Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm. This is ultimately a hybrid/remote position, however there will be some in-person training to get started.
Applicants should exhibit the following qualifications:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Fast typing skills (greater than 40 WPM)
3. Knowledge of office software and use of computers
4. Comfortable talking to strangers on the telephone!
Some college or college degree is a plus!
