We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Childcare Center Director to lead the operations of our brand-new childcare center in Northeast San Antonio. This is a unique opportunity to shape and manage a nurturing and educational environment for children.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the childcare center.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements.
Develop and implement educational programs and activities.
Manage staff hiring, training, and scheduling.
Build strong relationships with families and the community.
Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in childcare or early education management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of state licensing regulations.
Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
