We’re looking for a dedicated and flexible Floater Teacher with a strong understanding of early childhood education standards. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in:

USDA Food Program Requirements
Texas Rising Star Guidelines
Staff Scheduling
This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children from infancy through age 9 and thrives in a dynamic environment where every day brings something new. Most importantly, we’re seeking someone who embraces the spirit of being a “floater”—ready and willing to support wherever they’re most needed.

Requirements:
1) CDA or higher credential
2) Minimum 5 years experience in a licensed early childhood center or school
3) KNOWS child care minimum standards regulations
4) Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus
