Role: BPM(Business Process Management) Consultant Location: San Antonio TX Duration: 13+ Months
Essential Skills:
Utilizing previous consulting and industry experience to help Insurance Organizations to set and achieve their long term goals.
Performing accurate analysis and designing effective solutions to a variety of client issues
Working directly with clients to address their issues and acting as the day to day relationship contact
Writing and presenting reports that document the results of the work performed? Process documentation knowledge on Industry approved Tools
Experience in driving Process Improvement and Business Process Management Projects
Prior experience in doing Process documentation and data Analysis using various Tools and Techniques used in Lean Six Sigma Assignments (Ex.: Value Stream Mapping, DMAIC approach, Poka Yoke, Kanban, what-if Analysis, Pareto Analysis)
Education : At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required
