AM Grill Cook. Serve Safe certified. Knowledge of all knife cuts necessary. Ability to multi task, follow instructions. Experience in fast paced grill line, prepping and cooking. Knowledge of all safety precautions and sanitation procedures, as you work. Ability to stay organized in a busy kitchen. Ability to think ahead and solve problems that are unexpected, thus keeping the grill station running smoothly.
