Food Runner responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assure guests have everything they need on the tables after the delivery of food.
Ensures guest has proper silverware, napkin, and share plates when delivering food.
Keep kitchen station clean and organized. Utensils & steak knives polished and stocked.
Responsible / Reliable
Acting as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
Communicating food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities (e.g. food allergies)
Dishwasher responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collecting used dishes, plates and utensils from tables or bussers
Loading washing machines or washing them by hand
Stacking washed items appropriately in cabinets or racks
Removing and cleaning trash receptacles
