ISO of detailed oriented cleaner for a short term Rentals Aka Airbnbs in San Antonio and surrounding areas
We are looking for an experienced housekeeper to join our team. As a housekeeper, youill be responsible for keeping all areas of the property clean and tidy, including guest rooms and common areas. You must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate should be able to take the initiative and work independently while also following instructions from management. Additionally, you should possess excellent customer service skills in order to interact with guests in a friendly manner. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: dusting furniture, vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, replenishing linens/towels upon request, mopping hard surfaces, and ensuring the overall appearance of each room is satisfactory at all times.
In addition, the candidate/s would need to be willing to connect to a calendar integration app and be paid direct deposit. Accepting to be filed as a 1099 employee is required and a w9 form will be requested at time of hire.
