Digital onboarding allows for a next-day start in most cases. Multiple locations with various positions available. Wages range from $11 - $17 an hour plus tips for cashiers, line cooks, shift leaders, and assistant managers. Management salaries range from $40,000 to $45,000.
The WingIt Event Staff Cashier will perform the duties described below during special events that are hosted at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. These may include sporting events, concerts, and the like. Event Staff Cashiers must have reliable transportation to and from the Alamodome, and will be responsible for securing and paying for their parking during these shifts. WingIt Cashiers are responsible for maintaining positive impressions and delivering excellent customer service. They possess a warm and friendly personality that will make customers feel at home and want to come back again. The Cashier is a team player, consistently aware of what is going on behind the counter and in the kitchen and ready to help get the job done. The duties of the Cashier include, but are not limited to the following:· Accurately and efficiently take customer orders.· Accept and process credit card/debit card payments.· Answer customer questions about products.· Report issues with equipment.· Consistently follow cleaning and sanitation standards.· Consistently follow procedures and policies.· Follow operations checklists and assist others in meeting objectives.· Other duties as assigned.Skills and Qualifications:· Oriented toward serving others and helping customers.· Excellent customer service skills.· Ability to stand for long periods.· Excellent verbal communication.· Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.· Attention to detail.· Knowledge of or willingness to learn point-of-sale systems.Education and Training Requirements:· Prior cashier experience.· Possess good mathematical skills.· Possess excellent customer service skills.· High school diploma or GED, if applicable.· Possess or obtain a current Food Handler certificate.· Possess or obtain a current TABC certificate.
