Banquet Cook. Serve Safe certified. Knowledge of all knife cuts necessary. Ability to multi task, follow instructions. Experience in large quanity prepping and cooking. Knowledge of all safety precautions and sanitation procedures while completing banquet prep/cook list. Ability to stay organized in a busy kitchen. Ability to think ahead and solve problems that are unexpected, thus keeping the banquet process running smoothly.
