Qualifications
Preference for this position will be given to those who have at least one year of culinary or hospitality background and who have established a track record as being a responsible and hard-working individual
Neatness, responsibility, honesty, punctuality, and excellent customer service skills are essential
Effective communication skills and the ability to enjoy working under pressure are essential
Must be able to work nights and weekends (full-time 40 hrs./week)
Food Handlers Certification required
Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include helping to prepare the restaurant for service, ensuring that the right food is delivered to the correct guest as quickly as is possible, and supporting the overall efforts of Team Sushihana
Must perform routine kitchen tasks such as setting up expo workstation and ingredients, so that food can be prepared and plated accordingly.
