Job Description:
Join our team as a Housekeeping Attendant and contribute to our commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards that our guests expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing linens, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in guest rooms and common areas.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces to ensure a clean and inviting environment.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with established procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and kneeling.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
