Chef PJ Edwards' Meadow Neighborhood Eatery is currently looking for full time line cooks to join our team. We are looking for experienced cooks who can handle the full preparation and service of their station. These task will include butchering, knife work, pickling, fermentation and different methods of vegetable cookery.
Meadow opened in 2018 and has become well know in San Antonio for providing creative seasonal cuisine. Our menu changes with the seasons and product availability so there will always be something new to see.
We offer 2 weeks paid time off per year after 6 months of employment. Always closed on Mondays. Employee meal everyday.
