As a Food Server at La Familia Cortez Restaurants, you are responsible for ensuring our guests’ dining experiences are enjoyable and well-timed. Food Servers will provide excellent customer service beyond the guests' expectations. A professional attitude is necessary for this team environment.
Requirements include but are not limited to the following:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
2+ years serving experience in high-volume restaurants preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Active listening and effective communication skills.
Ability to stand for up to four (4) hours at a time.
Ability to lift up to forty-fifty (40-50) pounds.
TABC and Texas Food Handler's Certification.
