Experience in a high-volume kitchen setting (Mexican cuisine experience preferred but not required).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Open availability, including weekends.
Team players who are passionate about food and willing to learn and grow with us.
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting in the preparation of food items and ingredients.
Cooking and plating dishes according to our recipes and standards.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Upholding food safety and sanitation standards.
