Sushihana Restaurant is seeking an experienced full time Sushi Chef.
Requirements:
2 year of sushi making experience
Must have knowledge of Japanese cooking technique and traditional ingredients
Able to maintain great attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Workstation must remain clean at all times
This individual must be consistent under pressure
Can-do, positive attitude
Must have open availability & be available to work weekends and holidays
