Hiring FOH Manager
Customer relations-you must be comfortable going table to table talking with guests
Staff development: Assisting other staff hiring, training, performance management, proper documentation, coaching, and scheduling
Floor supervision
Ensure proper cash handling and financial reconciliation
Maintenance of all operational standards
Assisting other Managers and staff as needed with expediting, food running, bussing
Working closely with the other Managers to assist in overseeing both front and back of the house
Hiring Dishwashers! Applicants should be hard workers who will pay attention to detail! Shifts are short and labor Is not back breaking!
Hiring Cooks! Applicants should have prior experience and any experience in Japanese food is preferred! We need a motivated person to come fill a position on our team!
Hiring Sushi Chefs! Applicants should have prior experience and be able to pay attention to detail and know that you are also on display because you will be working in the front of the restaurant! Team philosophy is a must so that the sushi bar will run smoothly!
