It is the line cook’s role to be responsible for daily preparation of food items in the grill, fry, and/or other areas of the kitchen. In addition, this is a team position. The line consists of 3 to 5 crewmembers working side-by-side in a very demanding environment. A line cook must be able to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
