Display a sense of URGENCY while cleaning dining areas to ensure tables are turned at a rapid pace.
Must be able to be on your feet for long periods at a time. Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
Set tables with clean silverware and mugs and make sure that sugar and S/P shakers are clean.
Promptly clean and clear tables after guests using a bus tub, wipe tables or/and seats with sani-wipes.
Awareness of guest needs: clean up spills following best safety practices, remove plates, glassware from tables that are no longer needed.
