We’re seeking an experienced personal care assistant who can be a companion who seems like family, providing their clients with not only trustworthy care but also a lifestyle with new possibilities. Whether assisting with the effects of aging, recovery from surgery, or an occasional errand, the personal care assistant will serve as an invaluable support person in a variety of scenarios.
The preferred caregiver will:
Assist clients with personal activities such as bathing, oral hygiene, meal preparation, dressing and undressing, grooming, and housekeeping.
Help clients move around safely and remind them of their medications.
Report to a supervisor or case coordinator any changes in a client’s physical condition, behavior, or appearance.
Solve routine client problems, promote healthy lifestyle habits, and provide general companionship and advice.
Document the services delivered to clients, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
