We are a collaborative and unified team. Our hygienists have years of experience and the team supports you by setting up the doctor for success with intra-oral photos and thorough case presentation. Yes, we have AI! The RDAs will probably know your next move (and next joke), iTero and CBCTyeah, we got that. Laser, botox, implants, 3D printing, virtual appointments, all-on-X procedures, concierge serviceyeah, that too. Complete clinical autonomy is yours - do whatever is BEST for the patient. The compensation will easily follow! Need mentorship? Done.
Must be currently licensed to practice in Texas. Nitrous and Level 3 Anesthesia is a PLUS but not required - we can help you expand your skills. Don't do molar endo or implant placement but want to learn? Let's do it! (FYI - we love to invest in our doctors!)
Hours: Full-time, minimum 4 days a week

Note: This is NOT the opportunity for a newly graduated dentist. The pace and procedure mix demand requires someone with experience and the ability to manage both fundamental and complex cases with an efficient method that has already been proven throughout their career.
