Exclusive Adult Daycare is Now Hiring a Director/Facility Nurse:
Primary duties and responsibilities are as follows,
Administer Skilled Nursing Care, medications, injections, peg tubes, catheters, vital signs, dressings and wound care and to monitor diets.
Screen and assess client's health assessment, admissions, monthly summaries and client evaluation.
General responsibility to assist HHSC caseworkers processing clients.
Health Counseling client and family member when needed
Visit or follow up client absenteeism.
Assist with solve Medicaid rejection with caseworkers
May assist with Activity Director with Activities
May assist with cleaning and sanitizing procedures of the Facility
May assist with Serving Meal and Clean Up
Assist Client with Daily Living Activities (Feeding and Toileting)
Provides Health Education
The Nursing director preferred to have minimum one year of experience in working with people in a human service program, or medical service.
Preferred nurse with an associate degree or 60 semester hours from an accredited college or university.
Pursuing a college degree is considered.
RNLVN with one year of medical experience necessary
Experience as a nursing facility administrator is helpful.
Verified LVN license, or RN license to apply
If a nurse serving as director leaves the facility to perform other duties related to the DAHS, LVN or another RN must fulfill the duties of the facility nurse on such occasion.
