RESPONSIBILITIES
Night Nurse Fri-Sun Day Nurse Mon, Sat, Sun
-Administer medications and feedings via G-Tube, tracheostomy care, vent at night, transfers (no lifting)
-Bathing, laundry, helping with communication, range of motion, take on walks
-Monitor and assess patient's condition and report any changes to caregivers
-Training provided for all responsibilities
