Peripheral Vascular Associates (PVA) is a single-specialty vascular surgery practice. Our practice was formed in 1975 and continues to grow.
We are in need of a Scheduler for our Downtown San Antonio clinic location to support the clinical practice in the delivery of quality patient care. The Scheduler schedules patient appointments (new patients, add-ons, referrals, or tests), follow-up appointments (post-testing, post-surgical, etc.) and terminates cancelled appointments as required.
Successful candidates will have the ability to communicate effectively by telephone, with tact, discretion and diplomacy. They must work well under pressure and have exceptional attention to detail. Knowledge of electronic medical systems, such as Allscripts, is a plus. Applicants must be bilingual, in English and Spanish, and have at least one year prior experience as a medical office Scheduler.
