We are looking for a motivated individual to work full time in a Busy, well equipped, progressive practice. The individual we hire must be enthusiastic, compassionate, honest, dedicated, client oriented, with excellent communication skills as client education is required. We strive to enhance the relationship between our clients and their pets by exceeding their expectations. Your work experience will be fast paced, yet rewarding with other staff members that are of the same caliber. Compensation/ benefits based on experience, rate of learning and longevity. There is a 3 month probation period. We are willing to train the right individual. Hours worked will be 7:15am to 5:30pm (later depending on patient load) until a certain level of experience is achieved at which point you will continue the same weekday hours for the weekdays worked , with one week day off and then start ROTATING Saturdays 7:00am to 12:00pm (later depending on patient load) and kennel weekends (which entails returning Sat evening, Sunday morning and Sunday evening) to care for pets in the hospital Please apply in person to Assure Vet Animal Hospital at 5930 Woodfield, San Antonio, Tx 78244 to join our family. Your job description will include everything from walking pets, cleaning up feces in the yard, cleaning cages, pets, and the clinic, bathing animals, medicating pets, documenting everything in patient records, assisting in surgery, and assisting the techs and doctors in the care of the patients, weeding, painting, and any and all other tasks needed to keep the hospital running smoothly, efficiently and hygienically.
