Hiring for skilled insulation & radiant barrier installers. Must have at least 1 years or more experience installing blown in insulation and installing radiant barrier. Must own your own vehicle, preferably a truck or van. Must own your own tools to be able to install radiant barrier and insulation. Must have your own cell phone. Must be able to work full time, be dependable, be consistent, perform high quality workmanship, maintain clean job site, perform job site prep and clean up, haul off job site trash, load and haul materials to and from jobs sites, pick up and haul materials from suppliers , work in hot attics where temperatures can reach up to 150 degrees, get dirty, work in cramped and confined spaces, Must have verifiable references. Must pass a drug test, pass a background check, no felonies or serious misdemeanors , be insurable, have a valid license, clean driving record.
