We are currently seeking to hire an Audit Specialist that is Entry Level but must have the required skills listed below. This is for a Toyota Supplier.
EDUCATION, SKILLS and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
1+ years of experience in internal auditing or related field
Experience with J-SOX regulations a plus
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to details
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the analysis and review of key internal control procedures, risk and control matrix and
test plans.
Provide support in the preparation of audit materials, to include gathering evidence; and
develop audit plans.
Coordinate with corporate offices and evaluate activities for all scheduled audits.
Identify areas of risk, develop countermeasures and audit plans to mitigate those risks.
Work closely with the company’s management team to ensure that internal controls comply
with current laws and regulations, to include J-SOX.
Provide recommendations for improvements to internal controls.
