We are a small property management company and need a p/t cleaning person, please if you have a company, do not apply. We are looking for a W2 employee. you must have a car and can work on your own. We pay mileage. We will buy supplies.
Most of these residential homes/apartments are unfinished make ready and now need cleaning. Some homes the tenant has moved out, and now we need cleaning to get them ready to rent again. We offer steady work apx 20-30 hours a week, most times you can pick your own schedule, during the day, as long as the work gets done. We only pay vie W2, so you must have a SSN#. You must have residential experience, just office commercial experience is not enough.
