Our scope of work is cleaning retail, office and industrial parking lots.
We are currently hiring full-time and part-time EXPERIENCED ONLY labor intensive porter positions.
Must be able to walk for long periods of time outdoors while carrying leaf blower and/ other cleaning equipment.
We are are open 7 days a week, so you must be available weekdays and weekend hours. The scope includes traveling with a teammate to properties throughout San Antonio in a company truck and clean each property parking lot and grassy grounds per Cobalt's standards.
Some training is provided for Cobalt's specific properties and contract requirements. Must have a valid drivers license and social security card.
