Responsibilities
Clean assigned homes or properties according to client specifications
Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize bathrooms & kitchens, clean countertops, mirrors, etc.
Empty trash and maintain tidiness in all areas assigned
Ensure client satisfaction with your work
Maintain cleanliness & good condition of your own supplies and equipment

Requirements
Experience: Previous cleaning experience preferred (residential is a plus)
Transportation: Must have own reliable transportation
Technology: Have a functioning smartphone for communication & scheduling
Supplies & Equipment: Must supply your own cleaning tools, supplies, and equipment
Dependability: Be punctual and show professionalism
Attention to Detail and ability to follow instructions

What We Offer
Competitive pay ($12-$30/hr) based on experience
-$12 hourly if you have no experience, need training and have no supplies
-$15 hourly if you have supplies needed with minimum training
-$20 hourly starting pay with experience and you have the supplies and equipment needed.
-$30 hourly once you work completely alone and have your own schedule by yourself with satisfied clients.
Flexible schedule (you choose your days and times, but must be reliable on the days and times you choose)
