Employment Opportunity: Powder coating shop, located on the west side of San Antonio is looking to expand our team. This is a full-time position.
Qualifications:
1. Must be able to work five days per week (Monday through Friday) from 8am – 5pm. Occasional Saturday’s available/required.
2. Ability to lift 80+ lbs.
3. Mechanical aptitude. You will be required to disassemble and reassemble a wide variety of projects including but not limited to furniture, automotive parts, etc. Tools will be provided.
4. Must be a forward thinker, self-motivated, reliable and honest.
5. Reliable transportation required.
6. Employment duties include but are not limited to: prepping projects (unloading projects, disassembly and taping), prepping for coating (hanging parts on racks) and finishing projects (wrapping for protection, packaging, loading onto pallets, loading onto trucks, etc.). Miscellaneous duties include but are not limited to welding, media blasting, stripping of metal, unloading media and other materials, upkeep/cleanliness of facility. Opportunity to move into full-time blasting and/or powder coating.
