Job description
Examine vehicles for collision damages and document the projected costs to restore the vehicles to pre-accident condition.
Educate the customer about the collision repair process
Prepare all repair damage reports.
Proficient in using CCC One estimating software
Supervise, route and negotiate all aspects of the repair process
Keep customers and insurance companies informed of work progress
Ensure excellent working relationships with all assigned insurance accounts
Ability to source parts and ensure prompt delivery
Call Customers for updates.
Manage fleet accounts and to ensure initial estimate is sent to the fleet company within 24hrs
keep management informed at all times
Most importantly be total team player
This job requires:
Valid Driver’s License
Good Driving Record
High school diploma or equivalent training and experience.
Good communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to organize and track multiple projects/tasks
Knowledge of insurance procedures and requirements
Knowledge of estimating software
I-car certification is a must
