Job Summary: The General Laborer will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at
maintaining the grounds and enhancing the outdoor environment at our location. This position
requires working outdoors in all weather conditions, performing yard work, unpacking
pots, working on fountains, and general grounds maintenance.
Responsibilities:
● Perform yard work including mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, and planting.
● Unpack and arrange pots/planters.
● Install, maintain, and repair fountains and other water features.
● Conduct general grounds maintenance to ensure a clean and aesthetically pleasing
environment.
● Assist in landscaping projects as needed.
● Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
● Use and maintain tools and equipment properly.
● Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
● Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat conditions
● Experience in yard work, landscaping, or general maintenance preferred.
● Basic knowledge of fountain installation and maintenance is a plus.
● Bilingual in English and Spanish.
● Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Good communication skills.
● Reliable transportation to and from work.
Work Conditions:
● Outdoor environment with exposure to varying weather conditions, including high heat.
● Physical labor including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods.
● Use of various tools and equipment associated with landscaping and maintenance tasks.
