DataRush is an established and growing third-party logistics (3PL) company with a high-volume warehouse in San Antonio, Texas. We specialize in time-critical logistics and operate 24/7/365 to meet our clients’ demanding needs. We're currently looking for an independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team to cover our warehouse during the graveyard shift from Sunday nights through Friday mornings.
About the Role:
You will play a critical part in completing daily essential tasks. This role requires independence, accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Primary Responsibilities:
Putting parts away that were inbounded during normal business hours
Inbound parts using customer portals that were not received during normal business hours
Pull parts for customer pickups / drives / NFO’s
Completing Cycle Counts and Physical Inventories
Moving parts from Quarantine locations into good inventory
Sorting Payroll routes
Compensation & Benefits:
$17.00/hour
First 90 days: Independent contractor status
After 90 days: Convert to employee status and qualify for Medical Benefits, Paid Time Off (PTO), Holiday Pay, etc.
Requirements:
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Fluent in English (bilingual a plus)
Own reliable transportation (mass transit not included)
Own a reliable smartphone
Ability to type 20+ WPM; 10-key experience a plus
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Able to lift 30 lbs.
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office products is a plus
Forklift & Pallet Jack experience a plus
Graveyard Shift:
Sunday 21:00 – Monday 06:00
Monday 21:00 – Tuesday 06:00
Tuesday 21:00 – Wednesday 06:00
Wednesday 21:00 – Thursday 06:00
Thursday 21:00 – Friday 06:00
All shifts have a 30-Minute Meal Break. Additionally, you may be asked to be on-call a few times per month on Saturdays.
