We have a handful of houses that we need to get ready and listed. We are searching for somebody that can do stucco, drywall tape and float, sheet rock, paint, flooring, electrical, plumbing, fencing, appliances, truck and trailer etc… Yes you must have a reliable truck and trailer for the job and you must have your own tools.
