I need someone available during the day to clean my short-term rental home in Lake Medina Shores 1 to 3 times per week depending on bookings. The home is approximately 1000 square feet and will take one person 1-2 hours to clean and maintain.
The neccessary duties include but are not limited to the following:
changing bed linens
sweeping and mopping (hardwood floors throughout house)
cleaning bathroom
cleaning kitchen and appliances
wiping down dusty surfaces
mowing lawn once every 2-3 weeks
checking septic tank and drain lines for blockage and clearing as needed (this is really simple)
washing and drying used bed linens and towels.
making sure home is ready for next guest
I will provide all the cleaning supplies and tools needed. Cleaning days will vary each week, but cleaning time will need to be between 10am and 3pm on the day the guest leaves to be ready for the next guest. I'm willing to pay $50 per cleaning, plus $10 bonus if we get a perfect review from the guest. Please email me your contact information to do a phone interview, if you are interested.
