Kal Rei Properties is seeking an experienced tiling specialist skilled in bathroom and kitchen tile installation for immediate hire. We are a family-owned remodeling and investment company with consistent renovation projects and steady work for dependable professionals.
About the Role:
This position focuses on precise bathroom and kitchen tile installation, including floors, walls, backsplashes, and showers. Candidates should be proficient with all cuts, layouts, and patterns, and comfortable working with a variety of flooring and tile types.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Bathroom & kitchen tile installation (all cuts, patterns, layouts)
Floor and wall tiling (ceramic, porcelain, stone, etc.)
LVP flooring and other flooring installation experience a plus
Grouting, sealing, and finishing work
Ability to read layouts and ensure precision in detail
General remodeling skills (drywall, painting, demo, carpentry) are a bonus
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of professional tiling experience required
Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Own tools and reliable transportation to different job sites
Ability to follow instructions and adapt to project needs
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Pay:
Day rate based on experience and skill level
