FEM Asset MG, is actively looking for a Landscaper / Handyman to become a valued member of our team.
Qualifications:
Must have a Clean and Valid Driver's License.
Truck and Trailer driving experience.
Skid steer experience a plus.
Reliable transportation.
3-5 years handyman experience.
Excellent attention to detail and problem solving.
Excellent time management, written and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Excellent problem/conflict resolution skills, ability to handle and diffuse difficult situations and concerns in a positive manner.
Experience with all lawn care and maintenance equipment.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Spanish is a plus not required.
- Drug testing is mandatory prior to commencing employment, with random testing included -
Responsibilities:
Mowing, edging, weeding, mulching and fertilizing lawns.
Trimming trees, hedges & shrubs.
Removing unwanted, dead or damaged trees.
Monitoring and maintaining plant health.
General building cleaning, maintenance and light repairs.
Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building.
Plumbing & Electrical repairs.
Expertise in performing minor repair and maintenance tasks throughout the company.
Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and repaired as necessary.
Operating knowledge of small tools and hand tools.
Identify and report the need for major repairs.
Compensation:
Annual bonus dependent on job performance
Salary $14 – $20hr TBD based on experience.
