Cantu's Lawn Care is a small father-and-son company looking to grow and expand our team. You as an employee will be tasked with providing exceptional lawncare services to our clients and customers, which will include no more than typical mowing/trimming, edging, and cleanup of all hard surfaces. We will provide all of the equipment, all you have to do is provide the labor!
If you are interested in applying please answer the following:
1.) Are you willing to submit to a background check? If yes, please attach a copy of your id/license.
2.) Do you have a truck to get you from job to job and can haul equipment?
3.) Do you have any prior experience in lawncare/landscaping?
4.) Base pay is $20 per job and is paid weekly on Friday. Bigger/Heavier jobs can be paid out more and projects can also pay more. Are you okay with that?
5.) We work from a home base and ask that you report at 8:30am for debriefing and to load up and dispatch as soon as possible. You will also be working by yourself for most residential jobs. Are you okay with that?
6.) Gas will not be paid for, but we do our best with route generation to minimize travel time so you can be fuel and time efficient. Does that work for you?
