Who we are:
Hender-Bornes Lawn Care is a small family and veteran owned lawn care company. We strive to maintain that same vibe with our employees. We cultivate a work environment that is similar to hanging out with the family on Sunday.
What we do:
We predominantly deal in residential mowing and property clean ups. We aspire to expand to small commercial contracts in the future.
Who we are looking for:
The right candidate would be an Initiative-taker, Disciplined and Dependable. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Knowledge and experience with basic lawn/ landscape equipment preferred but will train the right person.
Daily scope of work:
Work each day starts at 0745. We depart shop at 8am and return to shop NLT 5pm (Mar-Apr days could be longer). If the route is finished early, you will be paid for the entire 8hr day so long as the quality the of work is not compromised.
Compensation:
Our starting pay is $16/hr. Could be more if you have experience. Also, could be more if you are very efficient (will discuss in person). We pay weekly on Fridays. Raises are determined by your reliability and work performance.
