Looking to hire a full time maintenance tech to work at Avalon Place Apartments
6676 UTSA Blvd
Must pass background check and drug test (we do not test for marijuana).
Must be OK with rotating being on-call for after hours emergencies.
Apartment maintenance experience is required.
Responsibilities:
Manage vacant apartments by preparing them through the turn over process so the are ready to lease to new prospects.
Keep the grounds free from debris and trash
Provide excellent customer service to residents.
Resolve electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs, installations.
Make sure all work orders are completed.
Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
