Ideal Contractors Have:
- 2+ years of professional cleaning experience
- Skills in standard, deep, move-in/out, post-construction, and commercial cleaning
- Clean background check
- Fluent English communication
- Cleaning equipment and supplies
- Reliable transportation
- General liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
