Keith Zars Pools is looking for Pool Cleaners! No experience necessary as training will be provided but if you do have pool cleaning experience, you would be eligible for a hiring bonus of up to $500 depending on your level of experience. We also offer a retention bonus to new hire Pool Cleaners where you can earn bonuses when you reach your 6-month, 9-month, and 1-year anniversaries. All that is required for the position is a valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving, a good driving record, be at least 23 years old, and pass a background check and drug screen in order to meet our Fleet insurability requirements.
