Key Responsibilities
Line Setup & Workflow Management:
Set up the production line for specific orders, assign tasks to workers, and ensure a steady flow of materials and components.
Team Leadership:
Supervise, train, and motivate production line personnel to work as a cohesive team and meet productivity goals.
Quality Assurance:
Monitor the production process and inspect the final product to ensure it meets company standards and quality control requirements.
Efficiency & Problem Solving:
Optimize production line efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues in a timely manner to prevent delays and maintain output.
